COLOR ME LOVELY

MAC COSMETICS: Hey. Just wanted to let you know about some things happening in the wonderful world of MAC. If you are not already a fan of the brand trust me when I tell you it is so easy to become a follower. Not only do they have a vast amount of products and colors available but they always have something new to look forward to. I stumbled upon their products in early 2000, and I have not turned back yet because as a woman of color (and many of us still have difficulties finding our right shade of something whether it be blush, lipstick or nail varnish) MAC always works for me. Anyway, back to the fun stuff.

MAC SUPERGLASS: This collection I believe, debuted on the 18th of May. This works exactly as advertised, the shine is out of this world. Of course there is a shade for almost everyone. These are more appropriate for evening wear (dinner, partying, etc). Initially I wanted about five of these but I narrowed it down to the two I thought I could use the most, Fab Frenzy and Tunnel of Love.

MAC TO THE BEACH COLLECTION 2010 (DEBUT, MAY 27, 2010)
Yes, another collection of beauty products that you will convince yourself you need. So far I need at least six products from this collection. There is so much to choose from here that it seems as if the geniuses at MAC thought of every possible make-up product a girl could need for the summer. This is just a few pics of what is soon to come.

COMING SOON (Well In September Anyway): MAC & DISNEY Venomous Villains Collection 2010
According to WWD, Mac and Disney will be teaming up for a collection titled,Venomous Villains, which will include four Disney villains. MAC is on the hush about which four villains the collection will include but, has released a trailer and some pics of the villains somewhat shrouded in darkness. Of course this has led to a guessing game and many think they know who the four are. So far this is what most have come up with: Cruella De ville from 101 Dalmatians, The Evil Queen from Snow White, Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty and Dr. Facilier from The Princess and the frog. I think I'm sure of two of them, the other two, not so much. The collection is being rumored to consist of lipstick, powder, lip gloss and blush, with the prices ranging anywhere from $14-$29.50.
